Recently retired (spring 2020) and wanted to move to NE Alabama. I had no contacts in the area so I expressed an interest in a local property listing. Fortunately - Dena Straub (and others) responded to my inquiry and - BINGO - I had found my realtor! Dena's research allowed me to make decisions without travelling several hours to view properties. And when it came time to purchase I really found out how lucky I was to have crossed paths with Dena! Even during the shutdown and business disruptions this year Dena was successful in keeping the process moving, her guidance, suggestions and advice were invaluable a number of times. Dena was always responsive to inquiries in a very timely manner and a pleasure to work with, Never rushed but always on time. At one point I even asked her to handle a potential purchase for me well outside of her primary territory. She just that much a pleasure to work with. When I finally closed it was just a matter of writers cramp. Dena did ALL of this for a small fixer-upper sale, nothing big bucks about this transaction but I have no doubt she can/will handle those with the same professionalism. D. Duncan May 2020
